No — that's the point. TradeFlow gives you the day-to-day tools you actually use (hours, invoices, job profit), and real bookkeeping happens behind the scenes. There's no chart of accounts to learn and no month-end reconciling on your kitchen table.
What does my accountant do, then?
The same things they do today, with less mess. Your accountant gets clean, organized books and reports instead of a shoebox of receipts and a QuickBooks file nobody's touched since March. Many accountants prefer it — ask yours.
Is payroll really handled? CPP, EI, WSIB, T4s?
Yes. TradeFlow is built for Canadian payroll from day one: CPP and EI calculated and remitted, WSIB tracked, source deductions filed on time, and T4s prepared at year end. You approve hours; the rest is handled.
Is my data safe?
Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, stored with reputable cloud providers, and never sold. TradeFlow is built and operated in Canada by Resounding Software Inc., and our privacy practices follow PIPEDA.
